Founded in Houston by Tony Vargas.
Founded in Houston by Tony Vargas. Before that, Tony worked in commercial construction, where he specialized in commercial waterproofing and concrete repair. That's work where a small leak can do a lot of damage, so you learn to find exactly where water gets in.
On those jobs, Tony kept seeing the same thing happen to homeowners and small business owners: they were overcharged, underserved and pushed into replacing roofs that didn't need replacing. He started this company to do the opposite: honest assessments, clear prices and straight dealing.
Today that approach runs as a system. You see your price online, the most you'll pay is in writing, and our own installation team does the work. There are no outside call centers and no commissioned salespeople. Greater Houston is our first market.

Your price in about a minute. No sales call.
Enter your address and we size your roof from county property records and map data. You see your price right away, and you don't have to give us a phone number.

Sized from records. County property records and the outline of your home on recent maps give us your roof's size.

Priced from our real rates. The same price book our crews quote from.

Confirmed in person. When you're ready, we visit. With your permission, a drone photographs every section of your roof. The dated photos go into your Roof Record, so you see exactly what we see.
What we believe.
Tell people the truth about their roof.
If a repair will do, we say so. If your roof is aging but sound, we tell you whether rejuvenation makes sense, even if it's the cheaper option.
Say the number first.
You should know what something costs before anyone asks for your time or your phone number.
Proof, not pressure.
We show you photos of what we find. We never ask you to decide on the spot, and our price doesn't expire at midnight.
If we get it wrong, we pay for it.
If we measure your roof wrong, you still pay no more than the top of your range. The most you'll pay is printed on your quote.

Our rules for giving
- Our giving is never tied to buying a roof or to an insurance claim.
- We never share someone's story without their written permission.
- We will publish what we give in our quarterly Transparency Report, so you can check it.
Roof Relief
Every year we will replace at least one roof for free for a local homeowner in need, such as a senior, a veteran or a family going through a hard time, nominated by the community.
Free emergency tarps after named storms
After named storms we will put up free emergency tarps for seniors and veterans in our service area. There's no obligation to hire us, and we will never bill a tarp to insurance.
Free roof checks for seniors
Every storm season we will offer free roof checks to seniors. Each one comes with a dated photo Roof Record that they keep.
Honest advice, for free
Anyone can call or text us with a roofing question, and we will give a straight answer, even if the answer is that you don't need us.
Help spotting storm scams
After every major storm we will publish a free, plain-English guide to spotting storm-chaser scams, offers to waive your deductible (which are illegal in Texas) and high-pressure contracts. We'll share it with neighborhood associations and local media.
