Nothing hidden, including our results.

You shouldn't have to take a roofer's word for anything. This page lists everything we publish, where to find it, and the numbers we'll report every quarter, including the ones that don't flatter us.

What we publish.

And where each one lives today.
  • Our full price list

Every rate, every extra, and the decking price per sheet with its cap. Price list effective Sep 30, 2026.

  • Photos of everything

Every finding is photographed with the date and time, and goes into a Roof Record that you keep.

    What's in a Roof Record
  • Every review

When reviews appear here, every one will come from a real customer, shown with permission, good and bad. We match each one to a real job, and we'll never make one up.

    How we handle reviews

Our quarterly Transparency Report.

Every quarter we'll publish these numbers from our own job records. We won't round them in our favor or skip a bad quarter.
  1. Quotes given, and how many became jobs

How many people saw an instant price, and how many of them went on to hire us.

  2. How often the final price landed inside the online range

This is our core honesty number. It shows how often the price you saw online turned out to be right once we had measured your roof in person.

  3. Decking sheets replaced

The average and the maximum number of decking sheets we replaced per roof, and how much we paid for ourselves when a job went past the cap printed on the quote.

  4. How often the visit changed the price, and why

How often the confirmation visit found something the data couldn't show, such as a second layer of old shingles, and what it was.

  5. Days from signing to install

How long, on average, people waited for their new roof after signing.

  6. Complaints and how we resolved them

How many complaints we received and what we did about each one.

  7. Reviews, with our replies

Every review we received that quarter, with our reply to any negative one.

  8. Community giving

What we gave back to the community that quarter, with the numbers.

Our first report will be published after our first full quarter of jobs. We won't publish numbers until they're real.

When we get something wrong.

We will make mistakes. When we do, we'll say so here: what happened, and what we changed so it doesn't happen again. We'll never name a customer without their written permission.

Nothing to report yet. We'll add each correction here, dated, when there's something real to say.
