The program

Affordable Roofing TX sends text messages and makes calls to people who ask us to contact them about their roof. Messages cover booking and confirming inspections, your Roof Record, quotes, job updates, board-by-board decking approvals, and, if you join, Roof Reset membership updates.

You join by checking the consent box on one of our forms. The wording you agree to is:

Message frequency and cost

• Message frequency varies with what's happening on your roof. Expect more messages while a job is in progress.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
• We send marketing texts and calls only between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and noon to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Central Time.

How to stop, and get help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We'll send one confirmation and then stop. You can also tell us any other reasonable way, such as by email or on a call.

Carriers
