These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. Any roofing work is governed by a separate written contract that you sign, not by this website.

Information on this site

We work to keep the information here accurate, but it's general information about our services. It isn't a quote, an offer, a warranty or professional advice about your specific roof. Prices, services, memberships and availability can change.

Quotes and contracts

A price is only binding when it's written into a contract signed by you and by us. Your contract will set out the scope, the price, our published decking rate, the payment terms, your cancellation rights under Texas law, and any warranty.

Insurance

We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster, attorney or insurance agent. We don't act on your behalf with your insurer, interpret your policy, or give insurance or legal advice. We can document your roof's condition and meet your adjuster to review our findings. Texas law requires you to pay your deductible.

Roof Records

A Roof Record documents what we observed on the date of inspection. It isn't an insurance determination, a warranty, or a licensed home inspection report. We don't represent that any third party will accept or rely on it.

Roof Reset membership

Roof Reset isn't open yet. Joining the waitlist doesn't create a membership or any obligation to pay. Membership terms will be provided in writing before you join.

Text messages

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site: no submitting other people's details, automated or bulk submissions, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, this website is provided “as is”, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas or federal law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
