Waterproofing and concrete repair
Keep water out of the building. Fix the concrete it's already damaged.
Commercial waterproofing and concrete repair is where our company started, and it's still a big part of what we do. Water that gets into concrete and structure costs far more to fix the longer it's left.
We look first, photograph what we find, and put the price in writing before any work starts.

Common questions.
Can't find your answer? Call us at (713) 909-0443.
What does waterproofing involve?
Finding where water gets in, then sealing it with the right system for the surface: a membrane, a coating, a sealant at joints and penetrations, or injection into cracks. It starts with a free assessment, and you get photos of what we find.
What kinds of concrete repair do you do?
Cracks, spalling (where the surface breaks away), hollow or delaminated areas, and corroded rebar, on decks, walls, parking structures and slabs.
How long does waterproofing last?
It depends on the system, the surface and how much traffic and sun it gets. We'll tell you what to expect for your building, in writing, and show you the product's own warranty before you decide.
Can waterproofing go on an existing roof?
Often, yes. A coating or liquid-applied membrane can extend the life of a sound commercial roof. If the roof underneath is failing, we'll tell you it needs repairing or replacing first.
