Roof repair

Roof repair, done right the first time.

Leaks, storm damage, missing shingles and flashing problems. We find where the water is really getting in, show you photos, and give you a written price before we start.

If your roof can be repaired, we'll tell you.

What we fix.

Our own installation team does every repair. There are no outside call centers, and nobody passes your job along.
  • Active leaks and water getting in
  • Wind and hail damage
  • Missing, cracked or curling shingles
  • Damaged or worn-out flashing
  • Gutters that back water up under the roof edge
  • Soft or sagging spots in the deck
  • Ridge caps and hip caps
  • Leaks around chimneys, skylights, vents and pipe boots

How a repair works.

  1. Step 1: Call or book online.

For a leak happening now, call (713) 909-0443. We offer same-day emergency response, and we can put a tarp on to stop more water getting in.

  2. Step 2: We look at the roof.

We find where the water is really getting in, which often isn't right above the stain. Where a roof is hard to walk safely, we use a drone.

  3. Step 3: You get photos and a written price.

We show you what we found and what the repair costs before we start. If a repair won't hold, we'll tell you that too, and show you why.

  4. Step 4: We fix it and show you the result.

You get before-and-after photos in a Roof Record you keep.

Common questions.

Can't find your answer? Call us at (713) 909-0443.

How fast can you come out for a leak?

We offer same-day emergency response. We answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call (713) 909-0443 and tell us what's happening. If we can't fix it the same day, we can usually put a tarp on to stop more damage.

How do I know if I need a repair or a new roof?

If the damage is limited to one area and the rest of the roof is in good shape, a repair usually makes sense. If the shingles are brittle, losing granules everywhere, or leaking in several places, a replacement may cost you less over time.

We'll show you photos and tell you honestly which one fits. If your roof can be repaired, we'll tell you.

How much does a roof repair cost?

It depends on what's wrong, so we price repairs after we've looked, in writing, before any work starts. The inspection is free. For a full replacement, you can see your price online first.

Will my insurance cover the repair?

That's between you and your insurance company, and it depends on your policy and what caused the damage. We document the damage with dated photos, and we can meet your adjuster to review what we found. We don't act on your behalf with your insurer.

Do you repair all kinds of roofs?

We repair asphalt shingle roofs on homes, and flat and low-slope commercial roofs such as TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen. If your roof is something we don't work on, we'll say so.
