Roof Reset membership
A yearly check-up and maintenance plan for your roof.
Roof Reset is an inspection and maintenance membership for homeowners in our area. It isn't a coating or a spray (that's rejuvenation, a separate service). We inspect your roof every year, take care of small problems before they grow, and check on your roof as a priority after a named storm.

Annual inspection
Once a year, we inspect your whole roof and photograph everything we find.
Priority post-storm check
After a named storm, members are first in line for us to come out and check their roof.
Minor sealing
We take care of small fixes on the spot, such as re-sealing pipe boots, flashing and lifted shingles. If something bigger needs doing, we'll quote it separately, in writing.
An updated Roof Record
We add new photos to your Roof Record every year, so you can see how your roof is holding up over time.
After a named storm, we schedule member checks first. The exact timing depends on the storm, road access and when it's safe to get on the roof.
